Founding story
Purnova started with a simple observation: enormous amounts of satellite data are already public and free — missions like Sentinel and Landsat give it away. Turning those observations into practical business decisions still requires specialist processing, context and interpretation.
The missing layer is intelligence. It was the last mile — turning pixels into a report a farmer, an agronomist or a defence analyst could act on without a remote-sensing degree. Purnova exists to close that last mile.
What does a space company actually do?
The word “space company” makes people picture rockets. Here's where we really sit.
The space industry has layers. Most of them are capital-heavy, years-long engineering problems. Purnova operates in the layers where software, geospatial engineering and AI turn observations into usable evidence.
